The exact scope, features, technology stack, delivery timeline, pricing, revisions, support period, and other requirements will be agreed upon between NexFuture IT Solutions and the client before project commencement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements, content, images, logos, documents, credentials, API details, hosting information, and other materials required for project development.

Any delay in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline. NexFuture IT Solutions will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client-provided information.

Project pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon with the client. Additional features, major design changes, integrations, third-party services, or requirements outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project payments may be divided into milestones such as advance payment, development milestone payment, and final payment.

The client is responsible for applicable third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, paid APIs, software licenses, SMS/email services, payment gateway charges, or other external services.

We aim to deliver solutions according to the approved project requirements and design direction.

The number of revisions included in a project depends on the selected package or agreed scope. Significant changes after design or development approval may be treated as additional work.

Changes requested after final approval or project completion may be charged separately.

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the final custom-developed project may be transferred to the client after full payment has been received.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, plugins, stock assets, APIs, open-source components, and other licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

NexFuture IT Solutions may retain rights to reusable development techniques, internal tools, generic components, workflows, and non-client-specific technology used during development.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, logos, documents, videos, text, data, and other materials supplied to NexFuture IT Solutions are legally authorized for use.

The client agrees not to provide content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal protections.

We take reasonable measures to develop secure and reliable digital solutions. However, no website, server, application, or online system can be guaranteed to be completely free from vulnerabilities or interruptions.

Security monitoring, backups, updates, bug fixes, and maintenance are provided only where included in the selected service package or AMC agreement.

Our projects may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud platforms, APIs, analytics tools, email services, maps, plugins, and other external technologies.

NexFuture IT Solutions is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, restrictions, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

NexFuture IT Solutions will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use a website, application, software, hosting service, or other digital solution.

We are also not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, unauthorized access resulting from compromised client credentials, client-side modifications, misuse of software, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates are based on the project scope, client cooperation, availability of required materials, approvals, and technical dependencies.

Delivery timelines may change if the project scope changes, approvals are delayed, third-party services experience problems, or unexpected technical issues occur.

We respect the confidentiality of client information shared for the purpose of providing our services. We will take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential project information.

Confidentiality obligations may not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, legally required to be disclosed, or already known without confidentiality obligations.

Either party may request termination of a project subject to the agreed commercial terms.

Payments for completed work, purchased third-party services, resources, licenses, or work already performed may remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NexFuture IT Solutions may suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, or a material breach of these terms.

You must not use our website, services, software, or infrastructure for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement of intellectual property rights, harassment, or any activity that may harm our systems or other users.

We aim to keep our website accessible and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, security measures, or circumstances outside our control.
